Conference Registration
All participants are required to register to attend the conference. Please follow the procedures to complete your registration on-line well before the conference to secure your participation.

* One registration entitles the participant to present one paper. Extra papers (presentation and inclusion in the conference proceedings) are charged at $S150 each. Please add this item on if you are presenting more than one paper in the conference.
** One registration entitles the participant to receive one copy of the conference proceedings. Extra copies of proceedings are charged at S$150.00 each.
*** Company visit is scheduled for the afternoon of 30 July 2010. Bus will leave after lunch from the conference site. There will be two tours, Tour A to Singapore Aero Engine Service Pte Ltd following that to SIMTech and Tour B to Makino Milling Machining Co and then to SIMTech. Please note that both tours are conducted in parallel and participants are to make a selection upon registration.

Instructions for online payment by CREDIT CARD (Visa or Mastercard):
- Create a registration login account
- Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as “Visa” or “MasterCard”.
- You will be re-directed to a secured payment portal by WorldPay to perform your online payment.
- Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email from WorldPay, followed by the registration confirmation email from the conference manager within the next working day.
- Please note that if you used another person’s credit card to make the payment, you will be requested to submit the credit card authorization form. This form will be sent to you by email AFTER the payment is made.
- The merchant name reflected on your credit card bill will be “INMEET CMS PTE LTD” - the appointed registration fee collection agent for the conference.
Instructions for payment by CHEQUES / BANKDRAFT:
- Create a registration login account
- Complete the online registration and select the payment mode as “Cheque / Bankdraft”.
- Please issue the cheque / bankdraft to “INMEET CMS PTE LTD”.
- Only cheques / bank drafts drawn from a Singapore bank or foreign bank with a bank branch located in Singapore will be accepted.
- Print a copy of the invoice from the online registration system, and mail it, together with the cheque / bankdraft to the conference management office (please refer to address as indicated on the invoice).
- Please remember to indicate your login ID, name, telephone or email and “CIS-RAM 2010” at the back of the cheque/bank draft.
- Upon receipt of your cheque / bankdraft, you will receive an email notification.
- When your cheque / bankdraft is cleared by the bank, you will receive the registration confirmation email.
